CITIZENSHIP FOUNDATION – VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY – THE MATCHING SERVICES
Volunteering opportunity - The Matching Service
The Matching Service partners individual lawyers with local schools to provide them with the opportunity to volunteer in the classroom and facilitate a one off, 1hr session with students about different areas of the law, from Social Media and the law to Intellectual Property.
This programme is completely free to participate in, with the usual £10 admin fee being waived until 2017. Volunteers will receive:
- Access to the SmartLaw website to find schools near you
- Materials to run engaging sessions
- Access to an online training video to prepare you for working with young people in a classroom environment.
